Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC seeks a Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep under the Community Manager. You’ll perform repairs in resident units, manage make-ready tasks, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, quality work.

Requirements include two years in apartment maintenance, English proficiency, EPA certification, and a toolset. Valid license and willingness to travel to other sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of full-time apartment maintenance or a trades role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Make-ready apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain records of work orders and inventories.
• Assist in preparing property for inspections and handle on-call duties.
