Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee property maintenance and prepare units for rent. You’ll handle a wide range of repairs, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality in common areas and individual units.

The role requires two years of maintenance experience, English communication, EPA certification, and a valid license. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including health insurance options and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification (EPA) required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform make-ready duties and repairs in apartments.
• Maintain sprinkler systems and HVAC repairs.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.
