Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks a Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep under the Community Manager, handling repairs in resident units and making them ready for rent. Youll supervise subcontractors, manage preventive maintenance, and keep meticulous records of work orders and inventories.

The role requires at least two years in apartment maintenance with basic trades knowledge. A valid license, own tools, and weekend availability may be required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Strong English communication with optional Spanish ability.
• EPA refrigerant certification and basic tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Refurbish apartments prior to occupancy (make-ready).
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain records of work orders.
