Job summary

Elmington Living, a premier property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process, order supplies, diagnose issues, and manage service requests with a strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical background. The role requires at least 2 years in property maintenance and relevant certifications.

You will lead the service team, ensure budget adherence, and coordinate repairs across multifamily assets, while communicating effectively with residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 or HVAC certification required.
• Ability to supervise service staff and meet budget targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance for the property and supervise staff.
• Order supplies, materials and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Address landscaping, pool and exterior maintenance needs.
• Maintain safety and build compliance with policies.
• Report time worked accurately and adhere to schedules.
