Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance workflow and delegate tasks to service staff.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools; manage expenditures to meet budget.
• Diagnose problems and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of time worked and adherence to policies.
