Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for properties, including ordering supplies and diagnosing issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

The role requires at least 2 years of property maintenance experience and HVAC or EPA Universal certification. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a focus on timely service completions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC or EPA Universal certification required.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs.
• Respond to maintenance issues outside normal hours when required.
• Operate computers and company software for tasks and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance workflow and delegate tasks to service staff.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed to complete work orders.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Address landscaping, snow/ice removal, and pool care as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Elmington standards and non-negotiables.
