Required: minimum 2 years in property maintenance and HVAC-related certifications. You will supervise staff, order supplies, and handle repairs while ensuring safety and quality standards. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience and relevant certifications required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Strong communication with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff and delegate workload.
