Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for multifamily communities. The role involves leading the maintenance team, handling service requests, coordinating with vendors, and performing preventative maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA Universal or HVAC certification, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and appliances.
• Respond to resident service requests and close work orders.
• Oversee make-readies, pre-move-out inspections and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of common areas and exteriors.
• Manage inventory, schedule in-house and contract work, and document PMs.
