Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team for its properties. You will diagnose problems, repair systems, order parts, and ensure timely service requests while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires HVAC expertise, familiarity with plumbing and electrical work, and strong leadership to meet unit turnover and budget goals. Travel is limited to on-site coordination and occasional site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience; HVAC/plumbing/electrical/domestic carpentry skills.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification required; other HVAC certs acceptable.
• Preferred safety and trade certifications (OSHA 10/30, CPO, plumbing/electrical licenses).

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance workflow and staff, delegate tasks and monitor budget.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and roof/gutter issues.
• Order supplies and manage vendor relationships; ensure timely service orders and vacant unit turnover.
