Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs, and help keep our communities well-maintained, with a strong emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, and general carpentry skills.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, HVAC-related certifications, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members. Occasional travel and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry repair knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose issues and repair major appliances and systems.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Maintain property by performing routine maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Ensure accurate time reporting and compliance with company policies.
• Travel up to 10% as needed for on-site maintenance tasks.
