Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one of the specified HVAC certifications within 60 days of employment.
• HVAC certifications validate HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA safety certifications are preferred for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance workflow and delegate tasks to service staff.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry as required.
• Maintain property condition and respond to issues outside regular hours when needed.
• Record time worked accurately and adhere to company policies.
