Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Volusia Flats in Orange City, FL. You will oversee the maintenance process, assign tasks to the service staff, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry standards.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certifications, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relations; travel is minimal and safety policies are emphasized.

Qualifications

• HVAC-certified with EPA Section 608 or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years property maintenance experience.
• Ability to order supplies and manage budgets.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for major appliances, plumbing, electrical.
• EPA or HVAC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff workflow and delegate tasks.
• Maintain the property and perform repairs.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools; manage budget.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Maintain accurate time records and clock in/out.
• Operate required tools and access company software.
• Ensure service work orders and vacant turn timelines are met.
