Pennrose Management Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for the upkeep, repair, and cleanliness of assigned apartment properties. You will lead maintenance staff across multiple locations and ensure timely make-readies and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• Three years of oversight of maintenance buildings and teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA 608 certification required within six months; Pennrose provides this certification.
• Preferred CAMT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to maintenance staff and supervise daily tasks.
• Oversee repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Manage make-ready process and timely unit turnover.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and reporting.
• Assist with budget development for repairs.
• Communicate with residents and vendors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept properties.
