Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair apartment buildings across multiple properties. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and report to the Property Manager, ensuring ongoing cleanliness and upkeep to industry-leading standards.

Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance, compliance with required certifications, and traveling between properties as needed. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification within six months are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
• One year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience.
• Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• Company-provided EPA certification required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of apartment buildings assigned.
• Work under Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager directions.
• Hands-on repair and maintenance constitute the majority of duties.
• Ensure properties meet high standards set by the company and the industry.
