Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department. You will maintain, repair, and clean apartment buildings across multiple locations, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks for 30 minutes each morning as directed.
• Use mobile Maintenance app to submit and track service requests.
• Assist with turnkey operations including painting and cleaning within 5 business days of move-out.
• Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program.
• Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
