Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily maintenance operations at our Tumwater, WA community. You will manage maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all repairs and preventive work meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or as a maintenance supervisor.
• EPA/HVAC certification is required.
• Experience coordinating with third-party contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community.
• Schedule workloads for maintenance staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and local laws and safety standards.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and property inspections.
• Manage inventories, repairs, and grounds maintenance.
• Coordinate with office staff to prepare units for show and move-in.
