Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Savannah, GA to oversee maintenance operations across our apartment community, lead maintenance staff and contractors, and ensure timely repairs and safety compliance.

The role focuses on turn-key maintenance, scheduling, and coordinating with third-party partners while upholding Olympus Property core values of Customer Care, Teamwork, and Trust. Full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification.
• On-call availability.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance workloads for staff and contractors.
• Coordinate repairs/renovations of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect property regularly to ensure required maintenance and safety standards.
