Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Montair at Somerset Hill in Tumwater, WA. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, schedules work for maintenance staff, and coordinates with contractors to keep the property in top condition.

Essentially, you will ensure safety, compliance, and quality in common areas, grounds, and units while managing inventories and vendor partnerships. On-call and EPA/HVAC certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a residential/commercial/apartment maintenance and/or apartment maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified as required.
• Available full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM (hours may vary).
• On-call as part of the role.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and scheduling repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and achieve property maintenance goals.
• Schedule maintenance staff workloads and coordinate with contractors.
• Inspect property, ensure compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Monitor service requests and track progress using software systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage turn-key operations.
