Job summary

Olympus Property is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to manage day-to-day maintenance at our The Canyons community. You’ll oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to keep apartments, grounds, and common areas in top condition.

We offer a full-time schedule, on-site work, EPA compliance, and a rotating on-call roster. Eligible employees receive bonuses and a strong benefits package as part of Olympus’ culture of growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role
• EPA required
• Rotating on call schedule

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community and achieving property maintenance goals.
• Ensures apartments, common areas and grounds are properly maintained; manages turn-key operations and schedules/ supervises repair and renovation work of maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Coordinates repairs and maintenance across structural, mechanical and electrical systems and HVAC; tracks service requests and maintains inventory.
• Works with office staff and Property Manager to ensure show units and move-in ready apartments are complete.
