Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations at our Waterford community in Texas. You will manage turn-key operations, lead maintenance staff and outside contractors, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across the property.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in apartment maintenance supervision, EPA/HVAC certification, and a CPO certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an apartment Maintenance Supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.
• CPO Certification required.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Regularly inspect property to ensure repairs are completed.
• Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance workloads.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Develop the service team and roster.
• Work with office staff to ready show units and vacant spaces.
