Olympus Hudson Oaks is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at our apartment community. You will manage turn-key repairs, coordinate with third-party contractors, and ensure all maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' residential/commercial maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, and is available full-time; on-call duties are required.

• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• Full-time role with on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the community.
• Manage turn-key repairs and schedules with staff and contractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across property.
• Inspect property regularly and coordinate preventative maintenance.
• Track service requests and inventory; maintain shop areas.
