Job summary

Olympus Property in Tumwater, WA is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) for Montair at Somerset Hill. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, supervise staff and outside contractors, schedule workloads, and ensure apartments, common areas, and grounds are well maintained.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• Available full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM (hours may vary slightly).
• On-call availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Schedule maintenance staff workloads and coordinate with third-party partners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage inspections of property and grounds.
• Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical and electrical systems and HVAC.
