Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations at the apartment community, ensuring grounds and buildings are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. This role involves managing a maintenance team and coordinating with contractors to complete turn-key projects.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, and availability Monday–Friday with some weekend work

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• On-call and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the community.
• Inspect property and ensure required maintenance/repairs are completed.
• Coordinate repairs with internal staff and outside contractors.
• Order, store, and manage inventories of tools and supplies.
• Schedule workloads for maintenance team and track service requests.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety standards.
