Job summary

Olympus Property seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician at 1818 Church to oversee daily maintenance operations, manage turn-key projects, and lead maintenance staff and contractors. You will ensure apartments, common areas, and grounds are well maintained and schedule workloads for the team.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in maintenance (or supervisor), EPA/HVAC certification, and full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or apartment maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Schedule and prioritize preventative maintenance and turn-key work.
• Inspect property and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Use software systems to track requests, inventory, and completed tasks.
