Job summary

Valiant Residential in Denton, TX is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee the property's ongoing maintenance under the Community Manager's direction. You will perform repairs in resident units and assist in make-ready readiness for new tenants.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Two years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trades experience required.
• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform HVAC repairs and basic electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Make-ready apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Maintain property systems: sprinklers, pools, roofs, and general facilities.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the Community Manager.
