Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance across the property under the Community Manager. You’ll perform repairs in resident units and help prepare apartments for rent, ensuring timely completion of service requests and safe, well-maintained living spaces.

The role requires at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, English communication skills, and a basic toolset.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• EPA (refrigerant) certification.
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Replace filters and maintain HVAC components as needed.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Assist in make-ready of apartments prior to occupancy.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the Community Manager.
