Valiant Residential in Dallas is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep, perform repairs in resident apartments, and assist in make-ready units prior to occupancy. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication with residents, vendors and team.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification and owning basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours and assist in make-ready.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Inspect units, common areas, and perform preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with vendors for repairs and supplies.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
