Valiant Residential in Hurst, TX is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep under the Community Manager. You will perform repairs in resident apartments and assist in making units ready for rent.

The role demands hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus strong communication and coordination with vendors and residents. You’ll supervise contractors and help keep common areas safe and well-maintained.

Qualificações

• Two years of full-time apartment maintenance or related craft experience.
• Strong English communication with residents, vendors, and teammates.
• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel between metropolitan areas and work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Make-ready apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Maintain pools, sprinklers, and building systems.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with vendors.
• Keep preventive maintenance records and assist in inspections.
