Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the Power Systems Low Voltage Offer Management team in the United States. This leader will shape market strategy, pricing, and lifecycle performance across switchboards, panelboards, MCCs, and switchgear.

The role involves guiding product launches, go-to-market enablement, and strong partnerships with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations to drive growth and profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in offer management, product management, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Significant technical or commercial experience with low voltage power distribution systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop a team of offer managers.
• Lead market research and portfolio planning.
• Oversee launches and lifecycle management.
• Develop pricing and financial performance.
• Define the 4 Ps to create differentiated value.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales for campaigns and enablement.
