Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking an experienced Offer Manager to oversee Digital Power software and systems. You will drive market strategy, launches, price strategy, and demand forecasting while coordinating with commercial, R&D, and country leadership.

You will build alliances across teams, prepare offer marketing content, enable sales, and guide go-to-market activities to grow orders for these offers.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
• Significant technical or commercial experience with power metering, power quality, protection and automation devices, electrical power monitoring systems, and digital services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Strategy: Lead efforts in market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Product Launches: Oversee the planning and execution of product launches aligned with business objectives.
• Demand Forecasting: Build accurate demand forecasts with commercial teams and SIOP.
• Pricing Strategy: Formulate pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
• Product Positioning: Ensure products are positioned effectively to meet customer needs.
• Marketing Promotion & Communications: Create promotional campaigns and communications to boost visibility.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships across commercial, global lines of business, R&D, and country leadership.
• Sales Enablement: Prepare offer marketing content, educate commercial teams, support customers and opportunities.
