Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading technical teams.

• Strong understanding of products, solutions, and industry trends.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for LV switchgear, switchboard and MCC offers.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering team members.
• Collaborate with product owners and marketing leaders on roadmaps.
• Develop existing and new technical competencies within the team.
• Engage with cross-functional teams for technical assistance.
• Evaluate performance of engineering team members.
• Chair the Offer Safety Committee.
