Job summary

Schneider Electric in Boston is seeking an experienced Senior Leader to manage the Power Systems Low Voltage Offer Management team. You will own market strategy and commercial performance for switchboards, power panelboards, low voltage motor control centers, low voltage switchgear, and integrated products.

You will guide offer strategy, product launches, go-to-market enablement, pricing, positioning, promotions, and lifecycle performance while building strong partnerships across Sales, R&D,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in offer management, product management, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Strong people management and coaching skills with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Significant experience with low voltage power distribution systems, including switchboards, power panelboards, low voltage MCCs, switchgear, and integrated products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing offer management team.
• Drive market research, VOC, and portfolio planning.
• Oversee launches, enhancements, and portfolio transitions.
• Develop pricing strategies to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations.
