Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the Power Systems Low Voltage Offer Management team in the U.S. This role owns strategy, launches, pricing, and lifecycle performance for switchboards, panelboards, MCCs, switchgear, and integrated products.

You will partner across Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations to deliver growth, drive financial performance, and enable go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in offer/product/marketing leadership or similar.
• Strong people management with coaching track record.
• Technical/commercial experience with low voltage power distribution systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an offer management team with clear priorities.
• Drive market research, customer voice, and competitive analyses.
• Oversee offer launches, enhancements, and lifecycle changes.
• Develop pricing and portfolio strategies to meet financial goals.
• Apply 4 Ps to define value propositions and routes to market.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales for campaigns, content, and enablement.
• Collaborate across Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations.
• Communicate priorities, performance, risks, and decisions to leadership.
