Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking an experienced Offer Manager for the Power Systems portfolio, including I-Line Power Distribution Panelboards, IPaCS equipment, and FlexSet switchboards. You will drive portfolio strategy, pricing, and demand planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field with strong technical aptitude.
• Experience in offer management, product management, product marketing, or related commercial/technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities informing offer strategy.
• Define and evolve product and portfolio strategy for I-Line Power Distribution Panelboards, IPaCS equipment, and FlexSet modular switchboard offers.
• Drive successful product launches and lifecycle management activities, ensuring readiness across key functions and alignment with commercial objectives.
• Partner with commercial teams and SIOP to develop demand forecasts and support capacity planning.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance customer value, competitiveness, and profitable growth.
• Shape product positioning and messaging to communicate value propositions and differentiation in the market.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, product communications, and launch-related content.
• Build strong working relationships with commercial organizations, global lines of business, R&D, operations, and regional leadership to ensure cross-functional execution.
• Create sales enablement content and equip commercial teams with messaging and training for growth.
• Support key customer opportunities and translate market feedback into portfolio actions and roadmap recommendations.
