Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food service experience.
• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma required; culinary school diploma preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass background check and pre‑employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train all culinary positions and ensure proper cooking for patrons of Brew Brothers.
• Prepare pantry and salad items and manage multiple cooking methods (broiling, sautéing, frying, boiling, baking, grilling).
• Follow production schedules, openings/closing checklists, requisitions, and daily team briefings.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation standards, and professional communication with subordinates.
