PENN Entertainment is seeking a capable line cook at our Columbus, OH property. You will work across broiler, sauté, pantry, prep and production, following recipes and plating procedures while maintaining quality, cleanliness and attractive presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and menu planning.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Completion of county health department class and attainment of certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and plating standards.
• Operate ovens, broilers, grills and kettles safely.
• Carve meats, portion food and garnish.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen areas.
• Follow department training and reporting requirements.
• Adhere to gaming laws and company policies.
