Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Cook III to lead food production in a fast‑paced casino kitchen. You will provide daily instruction to staff, follow standard recipes, and ensure plate presentation and quality while engaging guests with friendly service.

The role requires at least three years of food preparation experience, high school diploma or GED, and ServSafe training. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, in a high‑volume

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce menu items according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.

Open/close kitchen and maintain readiness for service.
Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff and monitor compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage food costs per procedures.
Interact with guests, respond to questions, and address complaints professionally.
