Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prepare a wide variety of food items to standard.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service to Horseshoe standards.
• Read and prepare items according to menu plans.
• Observe and test foods for doneness.
• Enforce Health Department regulations for food handling and cleanliness.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Coordinate orders with dining room staff.
• Prepare all food items accurately and timely.
• Complete prep items as listed on prep sheet.
