Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production and presentation in a high-volume kitchen. You will set up and organize your workstation, ensuring high standards of quality and sanitation while mentoring Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members.

This senior role requires advanced culinary skills and the ability to manage busy services, ticketing, and menu execution with leadership for a cohesive kitchen team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of kitchen experience required.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation for daily prep.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station following Invited’s standards.
• Maintain consistent preparation and presentation of daily specials, salads, entrees and other menu items.
• Oversee expediting process to ensure timely delivery with proper quality and portions.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and special requests.
