Salted, a delivery-first restaurant group, is hiring a Lead Line Cook at our Chicago location. You will prepare and cook items to Salted standards, maintain sanitation, and coordinate with the Front of House to deliver great dining experiences.

This role requires 2+ years kitchen experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role, plus the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule includes AM/PM and weekends; hourly pay range $21-$26.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to Salted standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.

• Own opening, closing, and shift hand-off processes.
