Job summary

Salted is hiring a Lead Line Cook at our Atlanta location. You will prepare and cook items to Salted standards, ensure sanitation and safety, and work with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires leadership experience and strong culinary skills, with shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Full-time employment offers meal benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife/prep and flat-top cooking.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to Salted standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Front of House team to deliver great dining experiences.
• Take ownership of opening, closing, and shift hand-off processes.
• Assist in training and development of staff.
• Foster harmonious team dynamics and resolve minor conflicts.
