Job summary

ResProp Management seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant to lead the leasing team, drive occupancy, and ensure top-tier service for residents. You will manage rent postings, maintain ledgers, and guide move-ins from tour to tenancy, while building strong relationships with residents and owners.

You will collaborate with the property manager on month-end tasks, coordinate events, and train teammates, while maintaining daily site cleanliness and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• One year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required or a plus.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn PM software.
• Capable of training teammates and leading a leasing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants with creative sales strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rents, charges and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting.
• Guide tours to move-in, complete leases and prep units for occupancy.
• Highlight property features to match resident needs.
• Support occupancy/retention through proactive follow-ups.
• Build relationships with residents with timely responses.
• Address complaints promptly and coordinate service actions.
• Plan and host resident events with teammates.
• Train teammates and schedule internal trainings.
• Inspect the property daily for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Manage in-house bad debt collections.
• Support owner relationships with updates and tours.
• Process move-outs per lease terms and procedures.
