AT&T is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer in Irving, TX to transform business needs into engaging learning experiences that drive performance and measurable outcomes.

Design blended learning solutions, including curricula and e-learning modules, while mentoring teammates and aligning with enterprise standards. A 5+ year background in instructional design and a relevant degree are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience design
• Experience developing enterprise learning solutions from concept through implementation
• Adult learning and instructional design methods
• Scenario-based learning and performance support design
• Learning technologies, authoring tools, and AI-enabled design

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning solutions including curricula, e-learning modules, storyboards, facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and job aids
• Create learning experiences with clear objectives, meaningful practice, and strong learner engagement
• Prototype, test, evaluate, and refine learning solutions based on feedback and data
• Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines
• Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members
