AT&T is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer in Irving, TX to transform business needs into engaging learning experiences that drive performance and measurable outcomes.

Design blended learning solutions, including curricula and e-learning modules, while mentoring teammates and aligning with enterprise standards. A 5+ year background in instructional design and a relevant degree are required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create learning experiences with clear objectives, meaningful practice, and strong learner engagement
• Prototype, test, evaluate, and refine learning solutions based on feedback and data
• Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines
• Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members

This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Learning Experience Designer, you will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design and develop high-impact learning solutions that support strategic objectives and employee success.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop blended learning solutions, including:

• Learning curricula
• E-learning modules
• Storyboards
• Facilitator guides
• Learner materials
• Assessments
• Job aids and performance support tools

Create learning experiences with clear objectives, meaningful practice opportunities, and strong learner engagement. Ensure content is accessible, user-friendly, and designed for on-the-job application. Prototype, test, evaluate, and refine learning solutions based on learner feedback, stakeholder input, and performance data. Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines while adhering to enterprise standards and instructional design best practices. Provide thought leadership and mentor less experienced team members on learning design methodologies and best practices.

Our Lead Learning Experience Designer jobs earn between $105,600.00 - $158,400.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
