Job summary

You will mentor designers, set instructional design standards, and ensure seamless handoffs to delivery teams. Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video production are required to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience building end-to-end curriculum for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Connects design work to immediate business outcomes and understands broader business functions.
• Acts as a cross-functional trusted advisor and builds trust through responsiveness.
• Familiar with Bloom’s taxonomy when creating learning objectives.
• Strong skills in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia production.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex instructional design initiatives for enterprise learning programs.
• Architect end-to-end learning experiences and measures of success.
• Mentor junior designers and establish design standards for the team.
• Drive accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design across learning solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate new authoring tools and multimedia platforms.
