Formación

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience building end-to-end curriculum for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Strong business acumen linking design work to outcomes and performance gaps.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder partnerships.
• Proficiency with E-Learning authoring tools and multimedia production.
• Familiarity with Bloom's taxonomy and adult learning principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex solution design efforts and architect multi-year learning journeys.
• Partner with Discover consultants to shape early-stage solution recommendations.
• Set instructional writing standards and visual communication guidelines.
• Design multi-modal measurement tools integrated into the workflow.
• Mentor Learning Experience Designers in advanced instructional craft and storytelling.
• Utilize learning analytics to prove ROI and guide portfolio shifts.
• Oversee governance for content versioning, maintenance, and lifecycle.
