Job summary

You will collaborate with Talent Effectiveness and business units to deliver and consult on learning experiences that improve performance and outcomes. The role requires 3-5 years in corporate instructional design, experience with blended learning, LMS platforms, and Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of learning experience with instructional design in a corporate environment preferred.
• Experience designing blended learning and full instructional design cycle.
• Experience designing learning for client-facing or revenue-generating roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences and multi-modal programs (e-learning, ILT, VR, etc.) to support client-facing associates.
• Create highly effective interactive content using authoring systems and software.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to align experiences with learner needs and business goals.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budget and priorities, ensuring quality standards.
