Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Large Format Sales District Leader (SDL) in Tupelo, MS, to lead a team of 12-18 frontline sales reps and merchandisers, driving marketplace execution and superior customer service. You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet store needs, optimize productivity, and cultivate key accounts within the PepsiCo North America Beverage organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing frontline employees or leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• CPG experience in direct store delivery environment
• Willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of frontline sales reps and merchandisers to boost daily productivity
• Coach merchandisers on selling and display execution and ordering processes
• Assign merchandisers to key large-format accounts to ensure coverage
• Conduct route rides to develop selling and customer service skills
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure orders are submitted, delivered and merchandised as planned
