Job summary

PepsiCo in the United States is seeking a Large Format Sales District Leader. You will lead a team of merchandisers, manage key large format accounts, and drive store-level execution and customer service in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

The role requires leadership experience, the ability to work flexible hours, and strong MS Office skills. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Safe driving record strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Executional Leader in large format for Pods, providing a second layer of sales and service support for the Territory Sales Leader.
• Coach and lead a team of full-time merchandisers on selling, display execution, and merchandising standards.
• Own large format customer relationships and flag risks or concerns.
• Support large format business development with pitch strategies and materials.
• Assign merchandisers to large format & high-volume accounts for regular service.
