Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Large Format Sales District Leader in the United States to lead a team of merchandisers servicing large format accounts. You will manage relationships with major retailers, drive in-store execution, and develop the merchandising team to meet performance metrics.

The role requires leadership experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Safe driving record preferred.
• Team spirit; inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Executional Leader in large format; support Territory Leader.
• Coach and lead full-time merchandisers on selling and merchandising standards.
• Own large format customer relationships and manage risks.
• Craft strategies and materials for large format growth.
• Assign merchandisers to key accounts and ensure coverage.
• Conduct training and route rides to develop skills.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to execute strategy.
